What types of memorial gifts do you offer?
I offer sympathy and memorial gifts for people and pets, including frames, plaques, ornaments, garden keepsakes, memorial wind spinners, and more.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please leave a note at checkout or email us with your order number. For time-sensitive requests, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance. For larger orders, we may ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the item so I can file a carrier claim and reship your order.
Why do you offer free shipping?
Because when you’re going through grief (or shopping for a sympathy gift), there’s already enough to think about. Free shipping is one small way to make this part a little easier.
