Do you ship out of the United States?

At this time, we’re so sorry, but we only ship within the United States. We truly appreciate your interest in our keepsakes, and we hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out - we’re always happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if your keepsake arrives anything less than perfect. If this happens, please let us know within 3 days so we can make it right. We kindly ask that you take a quick photo of both the damaged item and the shipping package — this helps us review what happened and prevent it in the future.

Once we receive your photos and take a look, we’ll prepare a replacement for you and ship it out within 2 business days. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll do our very best to ensure you receive your keepsake just as it was intended.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to help. While we can’t guarantee that changes can be made, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll gladly make any adjustments we can.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help however possible.

Can I put 2 names on an item?

In most cases, yes. It simply depends on the space available in the design. If there’s room, we’re absolutely happy to include two names. We may need to make a small adjustment to the layout to ensure everything looks just right, but we’re more than happy to accommodate your request. If you’re unsure, please feel free to reach out - we’re always here to help.

What are the image requirements?

For the best possible print quality, we ask that all photos be clear and uncropped. If we run into any issues with your image, we’ll reach out to you before printing to make sure everything looks just right.

We’ll always do our very best on our end to work with your photo if there’s a concern. And please know - we’re here for you every step of the way.

What if there is a mistake on my item?

We know how important it is for your keepsake to be just right. If a mistake was made when placing the order, we’re not able to take responsibility for those errors - but we’re always here to help in any way we can.

If the mistake was on our end, we will make it right immediately and ship your corrected keepsake within 1 business day. Your trust means so much to us, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your item arrives exactly as intended.

What if I need my item by a certain date?

I understand that some keepsakes are needed by a special day. While I can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, I’ll always do my best to help. Please reach out before ordering - or leave a note in the Special Instructions box at checkout - so I know what you need.

Orders ship in 1–3 business days (processing time doesn’t include shipping).

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–6 business days

USPS Priority or upgraded shipping: usually 1–3 business days

If you need a keepsake quickly for a memorial service or meaningful date, contact me first. I can often work with you or suggest faster options.

Does the packing slip contain pricing?

No, our packing slips do not include any pricing. If you’re sending a gift and would like us to include a special note, simply add your message under Special Instructions in the cart - we’ll be happy to include it for you.

How do I know which keepsake is right for my situation?

Every loss is different, and so is every tribute. Ornaments are perfect for holiday memories or year-round display, plaques work beautifully on shelves and mantels, and garden flags or wind spinners offer a comforting outdoor reminder. Wind spinners can also be hung in front of a window. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help guide you.

How is my keepsake packaged?

Each item is packaged with care - either in a shipping gift box or protective packaging - so it arrives ready to give or display. Sunrise Keepsakes Co. branding is included, but pricing is never shown.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. As soon as your keepsake is packaged and ready to go, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
