Hi, I'm Kim, and I’m truly glad you’re here.

Sunrise Keepsakes was born from personal loss, the sudden passing of my mom and the heartbreaking goodbyes to my beloved pets. I know how heavy grief can feel, and I also know the comfort that can come from keeping their memory close.

That’s why I create personalized memorial gifts and sympathy keepsakes for people and pets, pieces designed and created to honor those we love and offer comfort when it’s needed most.

Why Sunrise Keepsakes

I’m the founder and maker behind Sunrise Keepsakes, and I personally handle every order with care. Each order is thoughtfully reviewed because I understand how much these keepsakes can mean to the person receiving them.

I also share personal reflections on grief, healing, and remembrance through my blog - Sass & Sorrow, along with a little Gen-X perspective for the rough days. My goal, whether through a keepsake or something I share, is to offer comfort, connection, and a reminder that the people and pets we love remain part of our story.

A Little About Me

I’m a proud pet mom to dogs and cats, an animal advocate and rescue volunteer, and someone who finds happiness in the quieter things. I love pretty skies, birds, flowers, and, of course, my animals.

Early quiet mornings outside are my favorite, watching the birds at the feeder, seeing the dogs relax, and walking around looking at all my flowers. Sometimes it’s peaceful, sometimes it’s complete chaos, but it’s all part of the life I love. And in those quieter moments, I often feel closest to the people and pets I’ve loved and lost.
